Koseret (ኮሰረት)

Koseret is a traditional Ethiopian herb known for its distinctive aroma and deep herbal flavour.

Widely used across Habesha cooking traditions, especially in lentil dishes and stews, Koseret adds a unique earthy freshness that cannot easily be replaced by other herbs.

Carefully dried to preserve its fragrance and flavour, this herb brings authentic Ethiopian character to home cooking.
